Welcome to the Garden Page!
Imagine: 15 varieties of tomatoes; Italian pumpkins and peppers; artichokes and pole beans; and lettuces so big, they could replace your next dinner party centerpiece!

I’m fortunate that my home garden is the Ciao Italia garden and that my husband Guy is the head gardener. But for those just learning about gardening or looking to take their garden to the next level, all of the tips and tricks and product recommendations you need are right here on our gardening pages.

“But wait a second! I live in the city! I can’t grow a garden!” If that’s what you think, remember that Italians will grow herbs and vegetables in just about anything - from pots on their porches and decks to window planters hung from sills high above the city. It’s because they cherish – and require – that their ingredients be as fresh as can be. So whether you have a city deck or a few acres, this section will help you reap and sow like an Italian.
