Re-gifting Revisited

Use a vase to give Christmas cookiesA lot of us know what I am talking about in this post. The scarf you got last year for Christmas is just not your taste and maybe a bit off, color-wise. What to do? Re-gift! We are all guilty of this, and I am a chief offender when it comes to florist glass vases.

How many can you really keep after that arrangement you received dies?

It got so that I was stacking them up in the basement, garage and everywhere else. Then I got the idea that they would make perfect containers for my holiday cookies. This way the recipient could see all the cookies, enjoy them and have a vase to use too.

This is the best kind of re-gifting and doing your part for the planet. Re-gifting is good.

What a wonderful idea - so much nicer than the dollar store plastic containers - and you will be giving 2 gifts. The cookies and a beautiful vase.
Now I know what to do with all the vases that are in the cellar.
