Stay Safe, Stay Healthy, Eat Well

Lately, a lot of people have been talking about the "Corona 15,"  meaning putting on a few pounds while we are all under lockdown and distress. It’s true that more people are cooking and baking then ever before and that is a good thing. But boredom or the same routine or lack of motivation can wreck havoc with our eating habits. We can make some pretty healthy and low calorie foods with just a little imagination like this light and tasty yogurt salad. Cut up whatever fruit you have, apples, pears, bananas; add some grapes or nuts or orange segments. Toss all the fruit with a single serving container of vanilla yogurt. Add some honey, herbs such as mint, arugula or tarragon. Season with salt to taste.  Enjoy. Take a walk when you are done.
