Fancesca's Squid and Rice

Ingredients

 

28 oz. can San Marzano peeled tomatoes

1 lb squid ( cleaned & cut)

White wine (dry)

Salt & pepper

Garlic

Red pepper flakes

Oregano

Basil

Water

Rice

Make a red sauce to your liking.

Directions

Add cut squid to sauce

Add rice & some extra water

Cover 7 cook until rice is done

Serve with crusty garlic bread

Can use a crockpot too
