Renee's Lolli-Pop Lamb Chops



25 Lollipop Chops

MIX – ½ Cup of Olive Oil, 

4-5 cloves chopped garlic,  lots of fresh mint chopped,  lots of fresh rosemary chopped, 

3-4 limes juiced w/ zest, 

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard,  salt & pepper, 



Put chops and marinade into plastic bag(s) at least 3 hours, overnight preferably.

Take out of fridge 30-60 minutes before grilling.
