Dinner at Boston University

Join Mary Ann Esposito, author, culinary instructor, and hostess of television’s Ciao Italia, as she introduces you to her new book Ciao Italia Family Classics: More than 200 Treasured Recipes From Three Generations of Italian Cooks. Mary Ann, with the help of MET Culinary Arts students, will prepare a four-course meal, and her husband Guy will pair the wines. Recipes will be from Mary Ann’s mother and grandmothers (one from Naples and the other from Sicily). She will talk about her wonderful background growing up in an Italian American home, where the women cooked and passed-on their meals—and where Mary Ann preserved their historic recipes to share with you. She will also give you tips on the techniques used to prepare these dishes. Cost includes a copy of Ciao Italia Family Classics, food, wines, and lots of good, interesting information and anecdotes.

Limited enrollment. $125

I think all students who like cooking should join this event, I think you will be interested. I recently read a great essay about Julius Caesar on this site https://tooly.io/julius-caesar/, and you will also find many interesting essays on various topics there.

I think this will be a very cool event for students, I would love to visit it, but so far I have a lot of work. Here https://samples.edusson.com/police-brutality/ you will see a lot of essays on various topics, for example, an essay about the brutality of the police, I think you should read this.
