Ciao Italia with Mary Ann Esposito

In celebration of the new exhibit America’s Kitchens, Heritage Museum and Gardens will host a cooking demonstration and book signing by Mary Ann Esposito.

Star of America’s longest-running cooking program, “Ciao Italia with Mary Ann Esposito”, Mary Ann has shown home cooks how to prepare authentic Italian cuisine in their own kitchens for over 21 years. She is also the creator and host of PBS series Ciao Italia and author of eleven successful cookbooks, including Ciao Italia Slow and Easy and Ciao Italia Pronto! She lives in Durham, New Hampshire. Join us for this deliciously entertaining program.

Fee which includes food tastings is $25 for Members and $30 for Non-Members of the museum. Purchase tickets online or by calling 508.888.3300 ext. 102.

I love you show. It reminds me of home. As a kid my mom always watched your show on saturday afternoons. Also, its nice to see southern italian cooking done RIGHT. I moved to Seattle and have yet to find italian cooking out here thats true southern italian, so I prefer to cook myself. Much more common out east. Wish youd come visit here!

Before the days of the Food Network, the Giada’s, & the Mario Batalli’s… there was Mary Ann Esposito! – Nobody else comes close to her in Italian cooking and her teaching skills in doing so.. the ‘old way’.

I have watched Ciao Italia since when I was a young teen, & Mary Ann is the best!

The videos attached to each recipe here is a wonderful addition.
