Cooking Class With Mary Ann Esposito – Salem, NH

Join us on May 17th for a special afternoon with Mary Ann Esposito, author of Italian cookbooks and host of PBS longest running cooking show featuring Italy and all of her glorious cuisines. We will have a three course class beginning with a mushroom and fresh thyme crostini, ricotta gnocchi with fresh asparagus and Parmigiano-Reggiano, and we will end with biscotti and Vin Santo. The courses will be paired with wines and discussion featuring Joe Comforti, Tuscan Brands wine expert. Be with us as we celebrate Mother’s Day, Italy and Spring.

The class is $125 or $150 for her latest book and a signing with Mary Ann.
