Interactive Dinner with Mary Ann Esposito – Salem, NH

I would love for you to join me for a very special evening of cooking, eating, sipping wine, and spending time together around the table at The Tuscan Market in Salem, New Hampshire.

We’ll prepare a four-course dinner together, with the class divided into four groups and each group taking on one of the courses. I’ll be right there cooking alongside you, sharing tips, stories, and a few of the things I’ve learned over the years in the kitchen.

And of course, what would an Italian dinner be without wine? Throughout the evening, Tuscan Brands Wine Director Joe Comforti will be sharing Italian wines from the Ruby Wine Portfolio, thoughtfully paired with our meal.

We’ll begin with Crostini with Roasted Pears, Gorgonzola, Walnuts and Honey. Next comes Drunken Pasta — handmade Farfalle cooked in our own Toscana Rosso — followed by Pork Tenderloin wrapped in Prosciutto with mashed Sweet Potatoes and Sage. And because every good meal deserves a sweet ending, we’ll finish with my Dump Dump Apple Tart.

The best part is that we won’t wait until everything is finished to sit down and eat. As each course is ready, we’ll enjoy it together. So the evening will be a little bit of cooking, a little bit of eating, a little bit of wine, and hopefully a lot of laughter and new friendships along the way.

To me, that’s what cooking is really all about — bringing people together.
