Ciao Italia LIVE: Buon Appetito with Mary Ann Esposito on WLIW TV (June 2, Long Island, NY)

On Monday, June 2, 2008 from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm EDT, Mary Ann Esposito will appear live on WLIW TV, Channel 21 in Long Island, NY during the station’s annual pledge drive.  

Ciao Italia LIVE: Buon Appetito with Mary Ann Esposito will feature several back to back episodes of Ciao Italia as well as exclusive interviews with Mary Ann.  During breaks in the show Mary Ann will provide a cooking demo with recipes from her most recent cookbook, Ciao Italia Slow and Easy.

Recipes to be prepared include:

Timballo di Scamorza (from Ciao Italia Slow and Easy), 
Escarole Salad, and 
Pesche e Panna for dessert (also from Ciao Italia Slow and Easy)

During the pledge drive, viewers will have an opportunity to make contributions to the station that keep programs like Ciao Italia with Mary Ann Esposito on the air.
