Many consider gnocchi to be little dumplings made with potato and flour, but there are many variations of gnocchi from semolina to ricotta. This recipe is for bread gnocchi make with day old bread, eggs, flour and cheese. They are delicious served with a sauce of butter, garlic, and parsley.

I haven’t made this recipe but it’s very much like the one my Mother made .since she didn’t leave a recipe. Dad wanted some gnocchi so I did what Mother did Dad tasted them and said just like your Mothers. How great is that. Watch your show whenever I can
