Cocktail Tomato Caprese
- Serves 6
- 12 cherry tomatoes, centers hollowed out
- 2 tablespoons prepared pesto
- 12 mini mozzarella balls
- Salt the tomato cavities
- Place pesto sauce in a medium size bowl.
- Add the mozzarella balls a handful at a time and coat them in the pesto.
- Fill the tomato cavities with one or two of the mozzarella balls.
- Place on serving dish; serve with toothpicks
