prunes or figs, diced

raisins

onion,minced

stalk celery, minced

extra virgin olive oil

Salt to taste
Directions

Chop the onion and celery.

Heat the oil in a skillet and add the chopped vegetables.

After a few seconds, add the tomato sauce and cook a few minutes; stir in the figs and raisins and heat well.

Usually served over cod fish with spaghetti
