I really enjoyed the Gennaro Nasti neapolitan pizza episode. You said that according to the association rules set in Napoli this recipe has specific requirements for the type of flour and other ingredients,, so I would think the recipe is set in stone somewhere, please point me in the right direction. Could you send the recipe for his pizza dough?

I have spent days trying to get the recipe for Gennaro Nasti’s Pizza. The link at the top of this page to print the recipe does not print the recipe, it prints this page.
I really want the recipe for the pizza dough. All the avenues I have tried have failed. And, can you tell me where one would get the specific ingredients (flour, tomatoes, etc. and the recipe for the Fiordelota’ Mozzarella cheese. Can you help please?!!!
