Olive Oil Lemon Sauce
Makes about 3/4 cup.
Ingredients
- 2 lemons, zest and juice
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp parsley, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- To taste sea salt and black pepper
Directions
- Combine juice and zest of two lemons, hot water, garlic, parsley and oregano in a medium-sized bowl, and whisk until the ingredients are well-blended.
- Season to taste with sea salt and black pepper.
