Olive Oil Lemon Sauce

Makes about 3/4 cup.


  • 2 lemons, zest and juice
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • To taste sea salt and black pepper


  1. Combine juice and zest of two lemons, hot water, garlic, parsley and oregano in a medium-sized bowl, and whisk until the ingredients are well-blended.
  2. Season to taste with sea salt and black pepper.
