Oven Roasted Spicy Cauliflower

Cauliflower gets a bad rap. Too smelly, too mushy, too bland. None of that is true if you make oven roasted spicy cauliflower. It’s so easy and you won’t say no to second helpings.

Ingredients

  • 1 small head cauliflower, core removed, and cauliflower separated into florets.
  • 2 tsp roasted garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp (or more to taste) red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

Directions

  1. Rinse and dry the florets and place in a bowl. Sprinkle them with the garlic salt and pepper flakes.
  2. In a small bowl combine the olive oil and tomato paste. Add to the cauliflower and toss to coat the florets.
  3. Place on a non-stick baking pan and roast them for 30-35 minutes or until stems are tender. Serve hot.
