Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp grainy sweet mustard
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle juice or fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp minced flat leaf Italian parsley
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp capers in salt, well rinsed and minced
  • 1/2 tsp Hungarian paprika
  • 2 tsp finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Grinding coarse black pepper

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in a medium size bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
