Remoulade Sauce
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp grainy sweet mustard
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle juice or fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp minced flat leaf Italian parsley
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp capers in salt, well rinsed and minced
- 1/2 tsp Hungarian paprika
- 2 tsp finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Grinding coarse black pepper
Directions
- Mix everything together in a medium size bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
