Renee's Lolli-Pop Lamb Chops
- 25 Lollipop Chops
- MIX – ½ Cup of Olive Oil,
- 4-5 cloves chopped garlic, lots of fresh mint chopped, lots of fresh rosemary chopped,
- 3-4 limes juiced wzest,
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, salt & pepper,
- Put chops and marinade into plastic bag(s) at least 3 hours, overnight preferably.
- Take out of fridge 30-60 minutes before grilling.
