Renee's Lolli-Pop Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 25 Lollipop Chops
  • MIX – ½ Cup of Olive Oil,
  • 4-5 cloves chopped garlic, lots of fresh mint chopped, lots of fresh rosemary chopped,
  • 3-4 limes juiced wzest,
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, salt & pepper,

Directions

  1. Put chops and marinade into plastic bag(s) at least 3 hours, overnight preferably.
  2. Take out of fridge 30-60 minutes before grilling.
