Well, my grandma made spinach like this her whole life. Nothing new with this. As for the cheese you can add those shredded 4 cheeses you find in the cheese aisle. It’s Usually Parmesan, Mozzarella, Asagio and Romano. Whatever works. I think it is better and cheesier with the cheese I recommend.
