This recipe was featured on Season 27 - Episode 2726.
The video is incorrect. We just ruined our container of 00 pozza flour using this recipe. Two tablespoons of salt kills the yeast. It should be two teaapoons! Two tablespoons is much too much salt to even eat in this dough.
I saw what looked like an error in the recipe. Made it using 2 Tsp salt, It was great.
The man made a mistake in saying “2 tablespoons of sea salt”. It should be 2 teaspoons.
