It does not bring up the recipe. How do we get the recipe from Tomie?

Annie

Watching a segment with Tomie’s Pizza Dough, Strega Nona’s Pizza, etc. Tried to look at the actual recipe online however the recipe is not available on the website. Can you forward the recipes of this segment? Thank you!

Will you be posting this recipe?
Thank you in advance

I watched the show twice to get the recipe written down. Did Tomie really mean 2 tablespoons of salt?

Laurel

Reading the comments and agreeing that there was no recipe available I re-watched the video a number of times to get the ingredients. This is what I heard:

500 grams all purpose flour
3 tbsp very fine sea salt
1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 1/2 C room temp water.

Mix well by hand and then oil the bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm area for 9 to 20 hours. Roll out onto a well floured surface and form into a log. Cut into four equal pieces and place in a covered well floured container with enough flour between each piece that has been folded into a ball, pinching the bottom together

I stand corrected on the recipe for the dough as I got an email from the site with the correction. There is supposed to be 2 tsp of salt NOT 3 tbsp.

I’ve tried many pizza dough recipes over the last couple months and this one is the best of them! Very easy. Just use 2 teaspoons of salt, not 2 tablespoons, and you’ll be fine.
