A Super Calzone for Super Bowl Sunday

A sub is just that, a soooo yesterday sandwich for Super Bowl Sunday that sells like hotcakes on the big game day but I think these pork calzones would win out over them. I get into the spirit of this gladiator game by making them for my family and friends.They are so simple to make and a lot easier to eat than a sub; no messy dressing dribbling down your arms or filling falling out of the sides when you are trying to cheer on the team and they are healthier too, kind of a little meal in a pouch of slightly sweet dough. They can be made ahead of time too so you can relax and won’t miss out on all the commercials!
