Finger Sticking Good

September 2, 2022

Juicy oven barbecued wings are a perfect choice for Labor Day or any day. Forget the grill and make use of your oven for these finger sticking good wings. A few (wing) tips:

Buy the plumpest looking wings and plan on 4 to 6 per serving

Make a dry rub of oregano, salt, garlic powder, rosemary, pepper and paprika. Rib all over wings and place them on an oiled bake sheet and cook them at 350f for 30 minutes. Baste them with your favorite wing sauce and continue cooking for 20 minutes until they are nicely browned and glazed looking. They are finger sticking good.
