Fudgy Chocolate Cake with Walnut Cream Sauce

For special occasions I turn to this wonderful fudgy and dense chocolate cake with a smooth and dreamy cream and walnut sauce. My inspiration for it comes from the city of Perugia, (home of Perugina chocolate and Baci candy), and where the annual chocolate festival (Eurochocolate) is held every year in October. Every conceivable chocolate fantasy is displayed from around the world.
