Seafood Supper…No Recipe Required

So I had a few shrimp and a handful of scallops that I found while rummaging in the freezer( you know how that goes) and some refrigerated  leftover spinach .What to do? Chop a small onion, add a few cherry tomatoes, a squirt of anchovy paste and sliced zucchini or summer squash (or a mix of both), quickly sautéed and you have the makings of a simple supper big on flavor but short on time.
