Sheet Pan Roasted Vegetables

Sheet Pan Roasted Vegetables are perfect for Thanksgiving; choose your favorite veggies and cut them about the same size; toss them in olive oil, add salt, pepper, lemon pepper, paprika, oregano, rosemary or a combination of your favorite herbs and seasonings. Spread them out on a oiled sheet pan and roast them in single layers in a 350F oven for about 35 minutes or until they are tender, This method saves time and can be prepped a day or two ahead of time and held in the refrigerator until ready to roast. The added bonus is that there is only one pan to clean and less worry about enough oven space.
