Give your taste buds a wake up call with this tangy and tasty artichoke dip that is so easy to make in a food processor or blender in less than 10 minutes. It pairs beautifully with a new product that I discovered, Stonefire Authentic Flatbread Naan Crisps. An added bonus – the Stonefire food truck will be in Boston on Sept. 13 for you to sample Naan Crisps with the dip. Don’t miss it!

Smooth and Spicy Artichoke Dip

Makes 1 ½ cups

1 cup (6 ½ ounce jar) marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 spring onion, leaves and bulb coarsely chopped
¼ cup light mayonnaise
1 cup grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon cayenne red pepper sauce
1 tablespoon sweet pickle juice
1 tablespoon honey mustard
¼ teaspoon salt

Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and whirl to blend until smooth or place the ingredients in a medium size bowl and use an immersion blender to blend the mixture until smooth.

Transfer to a serving bowl.

Serve with Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads Naan Crisps
