Strawberry season is here! Take advantage of these tips for strawberries.
To store, place strawberries in single layers on paper towel lined containers and do not place them in the coldest part of the refrigerator.
Use a strawberry huller to easily remove stems.
Do not rinse them under forceful running water; use a light spray instead.
Recent reporting shows up to twenty two pesticides on strawberries! Buy organic if possible.
Choose strawberries with no white tips.
