You scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream! Sound familiar this time of year? Why not take that summer treat to a new dimension and make these super delicious pizzelle ice cream sandwiches! Use you favorite ice cream and spoon it between crisp waffle like pizzelle. I make the pizzelle ahead of time and freeze them so I can make the sandwiches anytime that craving for something cool and refreshing comes calling!
