Fancesca's Squid and Rice


  • 28 oz. can San Marzano peeled tomatoes
  • 1 lb squid ( cleaned & cut)
  • White wine (dry)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Garlic
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • Water
  • Rice
  • Make a red sauce to your liking.


  1. Add cut squid to sauce
  2. Add rice & some extra water
  3. Cover 7 cook until rice is done
  4. Serve with crusty garlic bread
  5. Can use a crockpot too
