Fancesca's Squid and Rice
Ingredients
- 28 oz. can San Marzano peeled tomatoes
- 1 lb squid ( cleaned & cut)
- White wine (dry)
- Salt & pepper
- Garlic
- Red pepper flakes
- Oregano
- Basil
- Water
- Rice
- Make a red sauce to your liking.
Directions
- Add cut squid to sauce
- Add rice & some extra water
- Cover 7 cook until rice is done
- Serve with crusty garlic bread
- Can use a crockpot too
