Please help. I have been searching all over in every cookbook and on line for a recipe for savoiardi, the kind they sell in Italian pastry shops in the New York area. Most recipes confuse lady fingers with these kind. The pastry shop kind are flat, chewy and crinkly on top. The pastry shops will not give out their recipe, so you are my only hope. thanks for your help.
