Punctuated Equilbrium Pizza

This fantastic pizza comes to us from The Portsmouth Flatbread Company on Congress Street in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. A great family place for lunch or dinner and an wood fired brick oven that makes short work of a dazzling variety of piizzas, including this one.


  1.  Stretch a fresh dough
  2. Brush with Filippo Berio olive oil or garlic oil
  3. Top with whole milk mozzarella
  4. Kalamata olives
  5. Red onion
  6. Roasted sweet red peppers
  7. Fresh rosemary
  8. Crumbled Goat cheese
  9. Very lite dusting of herbs, (Blend of Parsley, Oregano, Marjoram)
  10. Bake 450 degrees or until done
