Oneounce steam in bag frozen mixed vegetables

1/2 cup
grated cheese

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Serves 4

Cook the rice in 2 1/2 cups of boiling salted water until tender.

Drain and place in bowl.

Steam the vegetables and add to rice; mix with olive oil and stir in cheese, salt and pepper
