What to Do with Your Zooming Zucchini

Directions

1. Getting a jump on zucchini this year as the hot weather bumps up production.
2. My advice is to harvest them while they are small.
3. They will have fewer seeds and be less watery.
4. And don’t be tempted to harvest too many zucchini flowers or you may find yourself with a smaller yield than you anticipated--then again, for some people that might just be a blessing in disguise. :)
