I’m normally not abig cheesecake fan but this is amazing! It tastes even better the next day.
Does’s this cheese cake need to bake in a water bath or have a pan of hot water underneath so it doesn’t crack?

Online, almond paste is sold by weight. I’ve never used it, so don’t know what one cup by volume weighs.
